READING THE CONTEXT OF TRADISIONAL STREETS
Place identity is based on meanings that have been shaped over time by socio-cultural, economic, and political circumstances. The physical and non-physical parts of such meanings are frequently embodied. Changes in physical settings with time in the context of traditional streets in an increasingly globalised city like Kuala Lumpur. This project allows us to do more research about the streets in Kuala Lumpur for a better understanding of the place, history and more.
