PROJECT 1
FAMOUS ARCHITECT'S
BUILDING
Materials are used in a variety of ways on buildings. The materials used and their location on structures can make a difference in a building's appearance and image. This project is intended to provide students with exposure to construction materials that are commonly utilised in building design.
As a result, students must choose ONE of the listed architects to undertake a case study on one of the architect's buildings in the context of building materials applications as architectural and structural elements, as well as their relationship to the chosen architect's design concept.
